Beware of Lead Scams From Florida.

There seems to be a different definition for the words honesty and truth prevalent in Florida.

They called one day and said that they do surveys of seniors who own their homes and many have requested to be contacted for a reverse mortgage. They faxed their guarantee that said you were guaranteed a certain percentage of business or you don't pay.

I mailed the entire list. I paid someone to handaddress the envelops. Then, I hired a good telenarketer who ahs worked for me before and very successfully.

He found that after calling every number, many lived in apartemnts and mobile homes - an immediate red light as they can't get reverse mortgages especially if they don't own a home.

Other homeowners were irate and all swear they never ever did participate in a survey. Not one would even give him the time of day. I wasted over $1,000 and then the owner a Mr. Peter Hexner said he was sorry to have inconvenienced me and would see to it the dispute be resolved.

Instead, he played good guy and sent it to his partner in crime who sent a 33 page document to the credit card company saying that I did not live up to me end of the agreement.

If you are in the financial services industry BEWARE! Never do any business with them because as the other firms who alos aheated me out of money, they all lie. Anything to get your money because there appears to be issues with earning an honest living in Florida.

Remember, they even provided me with a written guarantee that they refuse to honor. Not to mention the cost of mailing the list, hiring someone to handwrite the envelopes, and pay my telemarketer, they refuse to honor their guarantee.

Because the list of people they claim they surveyed is a simple lie. It seems that the Attorney General in Florida has no teeth because they refuse to arbitrate with legitimacy. They must fear the losses of revenue from all the scammers who move to Florida because they are so lax.
